Initial Parent/Caregiver Intake Appointment:

Duration: 30 minutes – 1 hour

Rate: $193.99 per hour

Weekly Therapy Appointment:

Duration: 45 minutes therapy + 15 minutes notes/prep

Rate: $193.99

Travel is also charged by the hourly rate. For example if travel time was 10 minutes, you would be charged $32.33 in addition to the $193.99 session fee. 

Parent/Caregiver Update Session (every 5-6 weeks):

Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour

Rate: $193.99 per hour

Cancellation Policy:

We require 1 days notice for appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.
