Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a therapeutic approach where children use play to explore their emotions, build social skills, and resolve conflicts. It’s a proven, evidence-based method that helps children express themselves when they may not have the words or ability to articulate their feelings. Through play, children can learn new ways of coping, manage their emotions, and develop problem-solving skills.

Our Play Therapy sessions use a variety of creative activities, including:

Toys and Play Objects: Using dolls, figures, or other toys to express emotions and scenarios

Art: Drawing, painting, and other forms of artistic expression

Role-playing: Acting out scenarios to process emotions or experiences

Games: Interactive games that encourage social skills, cooperation, and conflict resolution
